After you pass through town, the road heads west over the mountains to the Pacific Ocean. The turnoff for the lodge is about 20 minutes from San Isidro.

Shortly after you reach the summit and start the descent towards the ocean, where ocean views are amazing, you will reach Los Chorros Mirador and Restaurant, which overlooks the valley into which you will be traveling. About 500 meters ahead, turn right then take your first right and continue for 3 km. The road winds through the quaint village of La Alfombra, crosses three rivers and eventually ends at the Río Magnolia gate. The lodge is located 1 km from the property gate along a scenic road that passes through the primary forest with magnificent vegetation and spectactular water falls.

Four wheel drive is necessary for the last 1.5 km. For those who do not have a four wheel drive vehicle, we will provide you with parking and shuttle service to the lodge.
